The medical team at the small hospital in Saint-Florentin-sur-Lot is trapped. A raging storm outside has cut them off from the rest of the world: the roads are flooded, the power is out and the telephone lines are down. There is nobody they can call for help when one of their own is found brutally murdered.

Earlier that day a new comatose patient arrived named Archibald Tourmenter who has been in jail for over 20 years for vicious mass murders. He may be in a coma, but he is still cause for concern.

Julie, the medical intern, thinks she can solve the murder because her father was a cop. She is convinced that the murderer is one of the 4 people she works with although it’s also very possible that someone unknown is walking the unlit hallways of the hospitals. Or is The Tormentor somehow responsible even if he is in a coma?

While trying to treat their patients under extreme circumstances, Julie and her colleagues need to figure out what’s happening as the number of dead grows.
