Three women find themselves in the heart of Auvergne. Three women ready to do anything to save Mourad, a young doctor adrift since the disappearance of Nicolas, his partner.

Malika, Mourad's mother, came from Algiers; Suzanne, Nicolas' mother, from Cannes; and Elena, his lifelong friend, from Paris.

Gathered around Mourad, in a house dear to his childhood, they will get to know each other and use all their love to give him back a taste for life.

Jamil Rahmani is Head of the Emergency Anesthesia and Resuscitation Department at the Franco-British Hospital Institute in Paris. He studied medicine in Algiers before leaving the country in 1987.

Michel Canésiis a French doctor and writer. He has been practicing dermatology since the early 1980s. He was Rudolf Nureyev's personal physician for ten years and would accompany him until the end, combining the roles of personal physician and friend.

Together they co-wrote "Le Syndrome de Lazare" (2006), a tribute to anonymous AIDS victims and their suffering, "La Douleur du Fantôme" (2010), "Alger sans Mozart" (2012) and "Siamoises" (2013).
