An unusual number of forest fires have ignited outside of Marseilles and a particularly deadly one takes the lives of 35 firefighters. The investigation indicates that not just one fire was started on the scene but several, essentially encircling the fire fighters and making it impossible for them to survive. Foul play is suspected.

Hugo Kezer, head of the new threats task force happens to be in the area on vacation, visiting his daughter Mila who is a volunteer for Feu Sacré, a charitable organization that helps protect wildlife threatened by forest fires. The man who created Feu Sacré lost his son in a forest fire years earlier and clues start pointing Kezer and his team in Feu Sacré’s direction.

As forest fires start blazing throughout France and Mila disappears, Kezer must find the culprit before France goes up in flames…
