This works paints the first portrait of a group of women engaged in the preservation of living things and the environment.

Women’s fight for nature is a combat for social and environmental justice. They are concerned about polluted drinking water, air pollution that makes it difficult for their children to breath, and an earth that no longer nourishes us. Confronted with these challenges, they come up against powerful financial and economic interests who have little concern over a child’s health.

When women come together to fight for the environment they represent hope and form a movement Pascale d’Erm refers to as « Environmental Sorority. » It is a call to arms for women to save the Earth and life.
