Jade, 26, inherits a manor in Foisic, Brittany. Why would her great aunt Aglaé leave it to her? They barely knew one another. In any event, there’s no way that should could make it her home. As a Parisian through and through, she wants nothing to do with this town in the middle of nowhere. She will simply renovate the home and sell it for a nice profit.

But her arrival into town creates quite the stir amongst thee locals starting with the real estate agent who wants to buy the home no matter what the cost.

In the attic, Jade discovers dozens of antiques which makes sense because Aglaé was passionate about Egypt. As a bonus, she left clues all around the manor leading to a mysterious treasure.

With the help of Alban, a primary school teach, and his nephew (along with his faithful dog), Jade attemps to solve the mystery. And while she does, she may just end up finding reasons to stay in Foisic after all.
