Yasmina Kramer was born in 1981 in Algeria to a German mother and Moroccan father. She moved to France at the beginning of the Black Decade when was sever years old. She was as a journalist before working for Doctors Without Borders. She is once again a journalist, working freelance to tell the stories of people who are affected by war.
